Coming from the Midwest with deep roots in the real estate industry, Rania’s passion for homes began at a young age. Her father’s home building company and brokerage gave her a unique perspective on both the construction and selling of homes. On top of that, her mother’s interior design profession introduced her to the creative, yet functional side of homes.

Rania’s ambition began in high school where she learned the values of hard work and organization while getting her real estate license in both North Dakota and Minnesota before the end of her senior year. Nearly three months later, she became licensed in Texas, the state where she had always dreamed of moving. Her aspiration drove her to pursue a real estate career in Austin right after graduating high school.

Along with her blossoming career in real estate, Rania is known for her artistic side. Rania sells her paintings and has been commissioned by a variety of businesses along with some high-profile individuals. She has recently painted for Florida Georgia Line member, Brian Kelley and NHL hockey player, Mats Zuccarello. She was also able to share her painting skills on a mission trip to Guatemala where she painted murals for a school in Antigua.

Rania uses her creativity and her passion for going above and beyond to grow her real estate expertise. She is always trying to learn new things and you will always find her reading, researching, or studying Spanish - usually while enjoying the hot Texan sun as a nice change from her snowy North Dakotan roots.
